Inquiet

I don’t usually repeat restaurants in Barcelona, but I went twice to this one in the last month. It’s a truly hidden gem! The service is really attentive, makes you feel welcome and he gives you really good recommendations. The menu is short and changes seasonally, just how it should be. It has a great variety of different dishes that are prepared in the open kitchen. The space is small what makes it even cosier and more special! The food was amazing the both times we’ve been there. Food is beautifully presented; portions are small because they are meant to be shared, what allows you to taste different dishes and have a full experience. Our favourites were probably the tuna, solomillo and raviolo. Definitely recommend it!

Our front desk gentleman at the H10 Catalonya had suggested this wonderful little resteraunt for our 2nd dinner in town and we could not be happier with his suggestion. He helped us get a taxi and get us to the reservation in time. We were the first dinner guests to arrive to this very intimate resteraunt. My daughter waited till that night to try a local drink of Aperol spritz and she was not disappointed. My son and daughter were excited to see oysters on the menu as they had been looking forward to trying oysters for the first time, however were told they were out. However the chef had 2 left and said he would prepare them special just for them. They were so excited and felt so special with this simple gesture. The chef had also sent out scallops for the table and they were to die for. So yummy. We ordered several tapas style dishes and shared them all so we could all try the wonderful dishes and each one was better than the one before. Even the bread with smoked butter was amazing. They had a wonderful French Malbec wine that went well with our meal. People had been slowly coming in for dinner, when I looked up I saw all tables were full. I would Definatly recommend reservations and this wonderful gem of a resteraunt, I can not say enough good things about the food and service here.

Always a delight at Inquiet - cozy atmosphere with delicious plates for sharing. Every plate tasted great but we’re always the biggest fans of the sourdough bread with smoked butter, paired with the amazing eggs. The bacalao with mango sauce was also a standout this time! We’ve been here twice and love it. They do menu del dia as well but if you’re in a group for lunch, skip it and do the individual plates, you won’t regret it!
